NOTICE TO PASSENGER
1. Personal luggage will not be checked, but carried on all trips at owners risk. Up to 2 bags of luggage per passenger will be stored in luggage bay, additional bags will be charged $3.00 per bag.2. We reserve the right to seat passengers or refuse transportation to any person who (1) is under the influence of drugs or liquor and is incapable of taking care of himself or herself, or (2) whose conduct is likely to be objectionable to other passengers or intending passengers.
3. There is a NO SMOKING policy on all trips.
4. Schedules printed here are subject to change without notice. We will not be responsible for errors in the schedule or for damage incurred from late arrivals or failure to make connections.
5. Subject to a Flat Fee Surcharge of $3.00 per ticket, all tickets sold will be refunded to the original purchaser at fare paid. All requests for refunds must be made in person or in writing to Peoria Charter Coach Company.
6. Tickets are valid for use up to one year from Date of Purchase.
7. Tickets purchased from driver must be CASH ONLY.
