Peoria Charter will no longer be serving O’Hare Terminal 5 after February 1, 2023 until further notice. Due to upcoming construction and increased traffic and pedestrian congestion, buses will avoid Terminal 5 for our passenger’s safety.

All passengers traveling to Chicago O'Hare Int'l Airport will be dropped off at Terminal 2 Departures (upper level). Terminals 1 and 3 are directly connected to Terminal 2. Passengers going to Terminal 5 can take the free Airport Transit System (ATS) train service, which connects to all terminals.

All passengers will be picked up from the O’Hare Bus Shuttle Center. Departure times will be moved back to allow commuting time to the Bus Shuttle Center. The Bus Shuttle Center is located in the center of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 on the main ground level across the street from the Hilton Hotel. Passengers from Terminal 5 can take the Airport Transit System (ATS) to Terminal 3 and follow signs to the Bus Shuttle Center.

When booking your ticket with Peoria Charter, please account for the extra time that may be necessary to travel to the desired terminal or appropriate pick-up location. Buses are not able to wait additional time beyond scheduled departure.
