Chicago O'Hare Airport

Relocation to Multi-Modal Facility (MMF)

Beginning June 1st, 2023, the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) is moving all scheduled line-run bus services at O'Hare International Airport (ORD) to pick up at the new Multi-Modal Facility (MMF).

What does this mean for pick ups?

All Peoria Charter passengers departing from Chicago O'Hare Airport must board at the new O'Hare Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) after June 1st, 2023. Passengers take the free Airport Transit System (ATS) train service from Terminals 1-3 and 5 to the MMF.

Scheduled line-run bus services are allocated to Bays 5, 6, 7, and 8 (if needed) at the MMF.

Peoria Charter and all other line-run bus services are no longer permitted by the CDA to pick up at O'Hare Airport's Terminals 1-3, Bus Shuttle Center, or Terminal 5.

What does this mean for drop offs?

All Peoria Charter passengers arriving at Chicago O'Hare Airport will continue to be dropped off at O'Hare Terminal 2 Departures (upper level).

Peoria Charter and other line-run bus services have worked with the CDA to allow passengers to continue to be dropped off directly at the terminals.

When booking your ticket with Peoria Charter, please account for extra travel time required on the Airport Transit System (ATS). O'Hare MMF authorities strictly monitor loading slot times; buses are not able to wait additional time beyond scheduled departure.
