Flying in?

• Passing through customs and baggage claim takes extra time.
• Flight delays can and do happen.
• O'Hare passengers: You will need to take the ATS train to the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) to board the bus, which takes extra time.

Buses will be sold out. There may be no seats left to purchase a transfer for your ticket if you miss your bus.

Luggage Policy

Peoria Charter will be strictly enforcing our luggage policy during peak season.

• 2x luggage underneath the bus. Max 70 lbs, the sum of exterior dimensions cannot exceed 62 in.
• 1x personal item in the bus. Small bags up to 18" x 14" x 8". Small suitcases with wheels and handles are not personal items and will not fit overhead.

Additional luggage and oversized luggage will be charged $10 each, cash only (staff will not have change). Observe one additional luggage per passenger. Excess amounts of luggage may be refused.
